HERSHEY, Pa. — The Hershey Bears clinched their 13th Calder Cup championship in dramatic fashion Monday night at the GIANT Center, defeating the Coachella Valley Firebirds 5-4 in overtime to secure back-to-back titles for the first time since 2010.

Pierrick Dube emerged as the hero for Hershey, recording a hat trick that included the crucial tying goal in the third period. Matt Strome delivered the game-winning goal in overtime, sparking celebrations among the chocolate-and-white-clad faithful.
